Service Description:

Provides stroke survivors and their caregivers with a safe and friendly place to connect with others, share their lived experiences, feel heard, and receive support navigating their stroke recovery journey.
The meetings are held monthly on the second Thursday of the month and are open to all stroke survivors, caregivers, and anyone interested in stroke recovery.
