Service Description: An enhanced subsidy is provided to families with children 18 years of age and younger who have more than one disability or related area for which they require extended support to participate in activities and daily living

Promote choices, independence and assist families to develop and coordinate planned and emergency care that responds to the family and child's identified need and is sensitive to cultural , linguistic and social preferences
