Service Description:

The Single Session Therapy service provides quick access to therapy services for children and youth up to 17 years of age, and their families. Individuals and/or family members meet with a trained therapist, providing the opportunity to voice their concerns, identify a plan to resolve them, or support them in reducing their impact. Every Single Session is unique and is strength-based and solution-focused.
