Supports for older adults, and adults with disabilities * helps people remain independent in their own homes for as long as possible * culturally appropriate services for Indigenous people * medical transportation services
Friendly Visiting - Regular volunteer visits to older adults and people with disabilities who live alone, to provide companionship
Caregiver Support - One-on-one and group support, as well as counselling for caregivers and families

People who self-identify as Métis, are not enrolled in any other Indigenous registry, and are of historic Métis ancestry or reside in Métis communities
