Service Description: Early intervention services for youth and young adults who are experiencing a first onset of psychosis * services include:

  • screening
  • nursing assessment
  • comprehensive assessment
  • connection with a psychiatrist and other community support
  • individual treatment planning
  • psychotherapy
  • reintegration support
  • family engagement
  • community awareness and education
