Service Description: A day medical facility based upon the harm reduction model * provides priority management to people living with addiction-related issues

Services include:
    • medical assistance in withdrawal from alcohol and opiates
    • home withdrawal management by the Sinclair method for alcohol
    • opiate replacement therapy
    • overdose prevention kits provided to patients
    • pain management
    • works with the ministry of transportation to support drivers to get their suspended driver license back
    • stop smoking program.
    • Hepatologist and specialized Hep c nurse to walk patients through the treatment, including finding coverage
    • personal drug testing (alcohol or other drugs) if client's needed help there are services available with the MD. 
    • supports students and residents from universities and colleges who are seeking to learn more about addiction and mental health by hosting them during their clinical preceptorship

Clinic staff also provides independent drug testing for the public, including employers, through an affiliated company * My tester drug testing and Methadone treatment available

Fees: Medical services are funded by OHIP - Personal requests will be self pay
Application: Call * fast track is available from emergency room referral * intakes are open to all in need
