- margarine
- cheese
- household Products
- personal hygiene products
- fresh produce when in season and, when available, apples and fruit

Call and consult with coordinator, Deb @ 519 734 8812 * must bring 2 pieces of identification for each adult and birth certificate for children * Income information and proof (i.e. copy of last cheque stub), expense or debt information

Eligibility / Target Population:

Must live within LaSalle boundaries * low income families or individuals * access provided once every month
